Photo of the Week — Bamfield, British Columbia

Brady’s Beach in Bamfield is one of the beautiful gems of  Vancouver Island. (Julia Pelish/Vacay.ca)

Bamfield, a tiny community on the west coast of Vancouver Island, has one of the most pristine and picturesque beaches in Canada. Brady’s Beach is an isolated beauty on the Pacific Ocean. Reaching it isn’t easy, which is part of the allure, but once you find it you’re not likely to want to leave. South of Tofino, Bamfield is accessible by boat, seaplane, dirt road or by hiking or cycling along the West Coast Trail.
