Get to know your inner Iditarod while teaming up with man’s best friend. In Saskatoon, members of the Canada Nature Escapes Cooperative make this unique adventure possible, with packages start at $775 per person, which includes a four-day, four-night stay, up to March 15, 2012.

You’ll receive guided training, and in-depth knowledge of the history of dog sledding. You’ll mush your own team of dogs through the mosaic of woods, muskegs and lakes that make up the pristine boreal forest. With cozy chalet nights, this is a comfortable and low impact way of learning about this fascinating woodland experience.

Two-day mid-sized car rental.
Two nights at Land of the Loon Resort.
Two breakfasts and two 3-course dinners.
Your guide and mentor during your day on the trail.
