Downtown windows in Courtenay, B.C., about 100 kilometres northwest of Nanaimo on Vancouver Island, are decorated with stories from childhood and the whimsy and magic that’s all about Christmas.
Visitors can vote for their favourite window and get a chance to win one of four prizes. Find the display you like the most and vote for your choice using the ballots provided in participating stores. Ballots can also be downloaded at the Downtown Courtenay website.
Prizes include a $1000 shopping spree at participating ‘Walk the Windows’ downtown businesses, two nights accommodation in an ocean view room at the Crown Isle Resort in Qualicum Beach and two nights in a jacuzzi suite and two rounds of golf at the Crown Isle Resort and two nights accommodation and Hydropath Spa for two adults at the Kingsfisher Oceanside Resort.
