Bill Yin of Vancouver is the winner of the first Vacay.ca Photo of the Week. Bill came across this snowy scene, a rarity for British Columbia’s largest city, during the 2010 snowfall. Bill sent Vacay.ca this lovely serpentine line of snow-covered benches and for this shot he wins Bottle Armor, a protective sleeve for wine and spirits purchased abroad. Cheers to you, Bill!
