Integrity Foods farm and bakery in Riverton, Manitoba is offering a deal designed for bakers. For $250 a person, Integrity Foods has a package for visitors to learn about and experience bread-making in the family’s on-farm bakery. Visitors will mill grain, mix and shape dough and get alongside the baker at the wood-fire brick oven. The farm started baking spelt and Kaumt bread for families in their area and expanded to participating in local farmers’ market in Gimli where they found a big demand for whole grain bread and other good.
The package includes a day at the bakery, meals and one-night stay at a local Bed & Breakfast and you’ll take home a basket of your work, recipes and memories. Valid December 7 to December 31. Travel Manitoba has all the information about how to book
