Just hear those sleigh bells ringing. This winter season, the Beaver Creek Ranch & Horse Centre in Saskatchewan is offering tours of the scenic Qu’Appelle Valley.
The working cattle ranch and training centre has 200 acres of rolling hills in the valley, one of the loveliest spots in the prairies. Imagine going for a sleigh ride, horses clopping through the snow under a canopy of the kind of clear, starry nights you only get in Saskatchewan. Prices start at $150 and winter sleigh rides can accommodate up to 20 people. Visitors can either request a catered meal or bring their own food.
Click on the Beaver Creak Ranch website to book a ride or call 1-306-731-2943.
